What are the delivery times?

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours. Standard delivery in France takes between 3 and 7 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as it is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

How do I track my order?

Is the electric bouncer suitable from birth?

Yes, our bouncer is designed to accommodate newborns safely thanks to its 5-point harness and its adapted inclination.

Are the fabrics washable?

Yes, the covers of our products are removable and machine washable at 30°.

Are your products guaranteed?

All our products come with a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. 

Returns & Refunds

What if I'm not satisfied?

Don't worry! You have 60 days after receipt to return an item. It must be unused and in its original packaging.

How long does it take to get a refund?
